Payment Policy

Please note that all orders are shipped only upon receipt of the payment in our bank account. We offer the following methods of safe and secure payment to buy art online our site:

For Online Orders:

  Net Banking for buying art online

       After your Confirmation of the Order, we will request you to make your payment by Net Banking. If the Name of Buyer does not match with the name in the Net Banking used, the payment transaction will be rejected. So please ensure that Buyer's name and the Name in the  Net Banking used for purchase are the same. This is implemented to avoid fraudulent use of Net Banking.

After the order is submitted and your transaction is successful, we will send you an email with an order copy. Your credit will not be charged until we confirm the artworks ordered are in stock and we have shipped.

 

For Manual Orders:

       Kindly send us an email at madhavi@rivaarts.com with Ref Nos of the artwork(s) you want to purchase. We will confirm the availability of the artwork(s) by replying to your email Please note that you should make payments ONLY to details mentioned herein on this page. We will never send an email or phone you with payment details. Please be aware of fraudulent emails/phone calls. Kindly read the terms and conditions.

 

Once an order is placed and confirmed by us; the buyer is required to make payment for the price of the artwork and other additional charges (shipping/ handling/taxes) within 7 working days from the date of confirmation of the order. In the event that Riva Art Gallery does not receive payment within 7 working days, Riva Art Gallery reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the buyer.
